A collaboration like no other

EFM Health Clubs are an Australian born franchise that commenced in 1991 in Adelaide. We currently have 31 clubs nationally with 20 in SA, 1 in TAS, 4 in VIC, 2 in NSW and 4 in QLD.  

We offer a unique service which we call “Small Group Personalised Training”. In a nutshell, our members receive a high level of service from a qualified fitness professional in a group environment. We have a brand-new program every day, and our coaches take our members through that program. Of course, no two people are the same in abilities and goals, so our coaches will tailor that daily program to each individual member ensuring they are working towards their own goals. Our coaches will also help set machines, cue technique, and give members a push when required. It’s like having a personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost.

From a careers perspective we have great offerings. Obviously, we have many clubs you can work at to ensure enough hours and gaining of experience. We offer an onboarding process to ensure you are upskilled to our unique model and once employed within our network, you don’t need to stress about finding clients, paying rent, sales, or marketing. That is all taken care of by the franchisee. All you need to do is put your passion of becoming a fitness professional into action and train members to become the best versions of themselves. You get paid as per the fitness award rate plus superannuation. It’s a great way to get started in the fitness industry.
